Makeup Trend Baking

Let's face it there are so many makeup trends that really have been around for a long, long time. You've been acquainted with contouring and highlighting (strobing) and now we have "baking or cooking" in the mix too!! Yes, its another step in getting that flawless look, but not new, if you didn't know this technique has been in the drag community for years!

Baking is taking translucent loose powder and applying a good of amount of it to sit on your face for 5 to 10 minutes. The heat from your face sets your foundation and concealer, then dusting it off with a fluffy brush leaves you with a crease-less and flawless finish like you haven't seen before.  Kim K's makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic uses this technique on her so you know its legit!
