Drug Store Haul and First Impressions
I've used and enjoyed the True Match Lumi Healthy Luminous Foundation and I definitely had to try the Cushion. I fell in love with it! First off the packaging is gorgeous and compact! My skin looked beautiful, flawless and natural. It didn't look shiny or greasy. Unfortunately, I had to return it! The shade I purchased (W3 Nude Beige) was light on my skin and if I went any higher it was too dark for me. I really hope they come out with more shades. Such a bummer!
I didn't fret because just when that happened my eyes saw that Wet n Wild has their Spring 2016 line out with new formulas. I was actually surprised to see that they re-formulated their blushes. I own Mellow Wine and Pearlescent Pink and appreciate them both. Deeply pigmented, easily blendable and affordable! Rose Champagne is one of their newest blush options. I absolutely adore this shade and the new formulation, it is silky-smooth and build-able. This could also be used as a highlight, but I love the look it gives me. I think you will too! It goes with the latest makeup trend, the "no makeup" makeup look.
Last, I decided to use the brush to paint the Cushion foundation on my face. My thoughts are it applies like a brush twice its cost and it's soft, pretty and affordable. A girl can never have too many brushes!
