HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE WITH LIV BEAUTIFIED?
To officially reserve your wedding date or professional makeup service, Liv Beautified requires a signed contract and a deposit. Please note that we cannot confirm your booking until we receive both of these items.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH LIV BEAUTIFIED?
To ensure a timely response, please contact us via email as we are typically occupied with appointments during the week and on weekends. Please allow us at least 48 hours to reply, particularly during weekends when we may have limited availability. We kindly request that you refrain from reaching out to us through social media as Liv Beautified may not see those messages in a timely manner.
HOW LONG DOES A MAKEUP SERVICE TAKE?
The length of a makeup service can vary depending on a few factors, such as the complexity of the look, the number of services being provided (i.e., just the bride or the entire bridal party), and the number of artists performing the service.
On average, a bridal makeup application takes around 45 minutes to an hour, while makeup for each member of the bridal party may take around 30-45 minutes per person. For larger groups, we may assign multiple artists to ensure that everyone is ready in a timely manner.
It's important to note that we will work with you to create a timeline that ensures everyone is ready with plenty of time before the ceremony. This way, you can relax and enjoy the day with your loved ones.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHO WANTS MAKEUP DONE FOR MY WEDDING?
Our booking and scheduling of artists depend on the numbers you provide to us. Therefore, it is crucial that you prioritize confirming the number of attendees to ensure that we can provide you with an accurate proposal and quote. Please note that once the numbers are included in the contract, they cannot be decreased without penalty. However, we can accommodate an increase in numbers, but please keep in mind that we may have multiple bookings and may need to decline any additional attendees. For these reasons, we highly value an accurate headcount as soon as possible.
DO YOU RECOMMEND A BRIDAL TRIAL
A bridal makeup trial is important for several reasons:
Finalize the wedding day look: The trial allows you to experiment with different makeup styles and looks until you find the one that complements your skin tone, facial features, and wedding theme. This way, you can make any necessary adjustments to your look well in advance of the big day.
Test the makeup: The trial gives you the chance to test the makeup products and ensure that they work well with your skin type and don't cause any allergic reactions or breakouts. This way, you can avoid any surprises on your wedding day.
Meet your artist: The trial is an excellent opportunity to meet Olivia Villa “Liv,” establish a rapport and ensure that you are on the same page when it comes to your desired look and expectations.
Overall, a bridal makeup trial is a crucial step in the wedding planning process that helps to ensure that you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful on your big day. They last approximately an hour and a half.
WHAT DAYS ARE AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE TRIAL RUNS?
Due to our busy schedule over the weekends, we are only able to schedule trials from Mondays through Thursdays. Please note that Liv Beautified operates by appointments only and does not have traditional business hours. However, we are happy to schedule trials during early mornings or late evenings, if needed, to accommodate your schedule.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL RUN?
To ensure the best possible outcome for your trial makeup, we kindly request that you arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. We recommend taking the time in the weeks leading up to your trial to prepare your skin by getting any necessary waxing or facials, staying hydrated, and getting any spray tans. By doing so, you can get a clear idea of how everything will come together on your wedding day. Remember, well-prepared skin is the first step to achieving beautiful makeup!
DO YOU COME TO ME?
Absolutely! For both the trial and wedding day, we are happy to travel to your desired location.
DO I BRING MY OWN MAKEUP?
No, there's no need for you to bring your own makeup products as our artist(s) will come equipped with everything needed to create your desired look. However, we understand that some brides may have a specific lipstick shade they prefer to wear, so feel free to bring it along and our artist(s) will incorporate it into your wedding day look.
HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT STYLE I WANT FOR MY WEDDING DAY?
Choosing the right makeup style for your wedding day can be a daunting task, but there are a few things you can do to help narrow down your options and find the perfect look for you:
Consider your personal style: Your wedding day is all about you, so it's important to choose a makeup style that reflects your personal taste and complements your individual features. Look for inspiration in magazines, social media, or celebrity looks that you admire.
Take your wedding theme into account: The makeup you choose should also align with the overall theme and style of your wedding. For example, if you're having a romantic or vintage-themed wedding, a soft, natural makeup look with rosy cheeks and light lip color may be a good fit. Whereas, for a more glamorous or modern wedding, a bold lip and smokey eye may be more appropriate.
Consider your dress and accessories: Your wedding dress and accessories can also influence your makeup choice. For example, if you're wearing a dramatic, statement necklace, you may want to choose a more subtle makeup look that doesn't compete for attention.
Schedule a trial: A makeup trial is a great opportunity to work with your makeup artist to try out different styles and looks. They can offer suggestions based on your skin tone, face shape, and wedding theme to help you find the perfect look.
Overall, the key is to choose a makeup style that makes you feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable on your special day.

Our goal is to make you look and feel your best on your special day, whether you're used to wearing a full face of makeup or prefer a more natural look.
DO YOU PROVIDE FALSE LASHES?
Yes, false lashes are included in the service, so whether you're the bride, the mother of the bride, or even grandma, you can add a touch of glamour to your look with our false lashes at no extra cost.
HOW DO WE PREPARE FOR WEDDING DAY?
To ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day, we kindly ask that everyone comes with a freshly washed and moisturized face, free of any makeup. Please remind your bridal party and family members to follow this guideline to help us provide the best possible makeup application. We recommend preparing your skin in the weeks leading up to the wedding by keeping it clean and hydrated to ensure a flawless finish.
WHAT DO THE STYLISTS NEED ON WEDDING DAY?
To ensure a smooth and stress-free makeup application process on your wedding day, our stylists require plenty of table space, access to electrical outlets, and natural light (if possible!). Rest assured, we'll bring everything else needed for the job, including tall makeup chairs, extra lighting, and fully stocked kits. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible service and experience for our clients, and we strive to create a comfortable and efficient setup on your special day.
HOW MANY STYLISTS WILL BE AT MY WEDDING?
The number of stylists we send to your wedding will depend on the number of people booked for makeup services, as well as the amount of time we have to get everyone ready. If you are unable to provide us with the necessary amount of time, then an additional stylist may need to be hired. It's important to note that some venues have restrictions on when you can access the getting-ready space, so be sure to check with them
